The Client
Sapana Dreams is a boutique retail brand founded by Jolie, specializing in curated fashion and unique home goods. With boutique shows as a core revenue channel, Jolie needed to build awareness ahead of her events, drive foot traffic to her booth, and grow her online presence — all simultaneously.
The Challenge
Boutique retail is intensely local and time-sensitive. Unlike e-commerce brands running always-on campaigns, Sapana Dreams needed campaigns that could build excitement quickly, target the right local audiences, and drive both online traffic and in-person foot traffic to physical show locations — all on a boutique budget.
The Strategy
I designed a tightly integrated paid social campaign that worked across both digital and physical channels, with Meta ads as the primary driver.
Geo-Targeted Awareness: Launched campaigns targeting local audiences within driving distance of each boutique show location. Creative showcased Sapana Dreams’ most distinctive pieces to stop the scroll and build anticipation for the shows.
Event-Focused Messaging: Ad copy was crafted around urgency and exclusivity — communicating that these shows were limited events where you could experience the full Sapana Dreams collection in person. This isn’t something you can get from an Instagram post.
Website Traffic Campaign: Ran parallel campaigns driving traffic to Sapana Dreams’ website and landing pages, building an online audience that could be retargeted and that could browse and purchase even if they couldn’t attend in person.
Integrated Digital Strategy: Connected the paid campaigns to Jolie’s organic social content and email list, creating a consistent multi-touch experience that kept Sapana Dreams top of mind in the weeks leading up to each show.
The Results
The campaign generated over 3,400 incremental landing page views during the campaign period — a significant spike in web traffic that translated directly into online sales and show awareness.
Click-through rate increased 52% compared to Sapana Dreams’ previous campaign benchmarks, demonstrating that the creative and targeting approach was resonating strongly with the target audience.
